Below is a jotform questionnaire for potential vendors. If you are interested in vending, please fill out this form before January 20, 2026. Anyone who can physically travel to Everett is welcome to apply as a vendor.

Responses to the fact finding mission questionnaire does not qualify as an application, and responses will not disqualify you. There will be a full application for EZF released in early 2026.
