Applications are now open for BAYSIDE MEDIA BLITZ Market – a celebration of physical and print media. That’s zines, indie comix, and other self-published works!
In a world where you can fully BUY books, movies, music, games, and some asshole corporation can tell you don’t actually OWN that shit…well, we’re bringing it back to print media (and vinyl!) people can actually own and hold in their hands! <3
We are seeking vendors*! Applications open 9/30 – 10/14.
* zinesters, indie comix artists, self-publishing authors. Not currently considering book resellers, I want to see YOUR own work!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
I am looking to curate a zine & indie comix market with some of the following themes:
– Music (playlists, band profiles, whatever you got about music!)
– analog media (photography, typewriters, collage, etc – anything that’s an extra physical step in the analog space.)
– retro games and indie comix (as usual, NOT your Marvels or what have you, but inspired by the classics or 100% original is great!)
– retro toys & art
– old movies / pulp books
– street art & graffiti (in zine or published forms)
– Your childhood/teen years, growing up, nostalgia (pretty broad, whatever this means to you)
– Protest/political/mutual aid
That’s a pretty broad list. If you read this and think “I don’t know if my work fits” – if it generally fits within these categories, it works. Your ENTIRE body of work doesn’t have to fit into this, but that’s the vibe we’re leaning into for this event. Still unsure? Ask Sully.

Market is December 6th, 2026 – that’s a Sunday – from 11-4.

Full table: $20 (8″)
Half table: $10 (4″)

HEADS UP: Because we’re throwing a 1/2 zine fest, 1/2 record market, Bayside will have music playing throughout the day. It should be low enough that it won’t disrupt zine-ing, but I wanted to make all applicants aware in case you have any sensory issues with sound.
Applications are open from 9/30 through 10/14. Final selection will be complete by 10/18. Table payment is due by 10/30.
Applications will go through Jotform, but I will email selection emails via the EZU email address.
Please note: it’s my policy to not provide explanation of why a vendor was not selected. If you apply and are not selected for this event, please do apply again in the future – your art is valid and wonderful and we need you to keep making art! I will be hosting more of these small “pop up” markets through out the year – and there’s EVERGREEN ZINE FEST in April!
